1. PLAYER AGREEMENT

Entering the Aerovexon arcade means you accept these rules. They apply to every page, every game, and every interaction. If you disagree, power down and leave the arcade.

2. ARCADE CLASSIFICATION

Aerovexon is a free-play Social Casino styled after retro arcades. All games use virtual tokens. No real money enters or exits the system. Ever.

3. PLAYER ELIGIBILITY

All players must be 18 years or older. The age gate is your sworn declaration. Lying about your age is a rules violation.

4. ACCEPTABLE PLAY

You may use Aerovexon for personal entertainment. Hacking, automated play, content theft, and commercial exploitation are prohibited moves that result in immediate disqualification.

5. TOKEN SYSTEM

Virtual tokens in Aerovexon have zero real-world value. They exist only inside the games and cannot be exchanged, traded, or redeemed for anything tangible.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All game assets, interface designs, and written content are owned by their creators. Copying or distributing them without permission is not allowed.

7. UPTIME

We try to keep the arcade open 24/7 but make no guarantees. Power outages happen.

8. NO WARRANTIES

Aerovexon is provided as-is. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of the platform.

9. RULE UPDATES

These rules may be patched at any time. The current version overrides all previous versions.
